The Rotary International Convention is in Hamburg, Germany from June 1-5, 2019.
The Rotary International Convention in Hamburg, Germany is June 1-5, 2019 and we will be promoting our 2020 Hawaii convention there. We will have a large booth for information and giveaways and registration for the Hawaii convention opens at that time. We will need a lot of volunteers, so please join in, we will have a lot of fun talking about Hawaii!
If you are signed up or interested in going, here are some notes:
1) Registration fee goes up Dec 16
2) Housing: Reservation confirmation in the D5000 block of rooms at the Radisson Blu is needed asap. We still have rooms available.

4) There is also a Rotary Foundation Rivers and Castle cruise June 6-13. If you are interested, see attached.
5) We are planning an orientation, German beer tasting event in February. Stay tuned.
For the Radisson, the room rate is 275 Euro, including tax and fees. This includes: Complimentary access to Hamburg’s public transportation network, Amenities including free Wi-Fi, Complimentary breakfast, Support before, during, and after your stay, including hotel staff who can answer questions about event hours and transportation. There is cancellation fee of $150 if cancelling after 10/1.
By November 25th, we need to collect a payment for 2 nights.
For the Radisson Blu room reservation, we collect the information and send it to Experient as a group. If you haven't already, please email me by Sept 25th the following:
1) Check in and check out dates
2) Bedding type
3) Special Requests
4) Name of other guests
