HPH decided to support the HOPE Project at Farrington High School where Kalihi area residents received food and household goods. Charter Member, Allen Kamemoto presenting a check to the coordinator of the HOPE Project at Farrington High School.
At the beginning of the year, HPH was awarded a District Grant for the creation of The Youth Advancement Program (YAP), however the project was curtailed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic shutdown of the schools. With the fiscal year coming to an end, HPH was able to rewrite the grant to use the remaining balance of the project to support another project in the Kalihi area, ultimately supporting the same families in the area.
