District Grant applications are now being accepted. The deadline for your club’s district grants applications is August 1, 2018 at 11:59PM. Below please find the Application Process:
 
2018-2019 Application Process: 
District Grants can be used for local or international projects.
 
Applications must be approved by the District Foundation Committee BEFORE the project can be implemented and you have received funds from the Foundation Committee.
 
1. District Grant application form can be found at the D5000 Foundation Resource page: 
 
2. Submit district grant applications by August 1, 2018 to District Grants Coordinator: Gloria King Email:  glory.king@aol.com
 
3. Clubs will be notified of approvals in September.  Clubs need to provide a bank statement showing all matching funds on deposit in their grant account before your district DDF funds are released.
 
4. Submit the Final Report within 2 months of the project completion date, or by the deadline of May 31, 2019 along with invoices supporting expenditure of the funds. If the project is not completed, a Progress Report is due by May 31, 2019. 
 
All Projects MUST be completed by June 30, 2019 or the DDF will have to be returned to the District to return to The Rotary Foundation. 
 
Please select projects that can be completed between October 2018 and May 2019.
