Mission Statement:

Pacific Historic Parks supports the USS Arizona Memorial and other Pacific historic locations through education and interpretive programs, research, preservation, and restoration, to perpetuate the memory of events and honor the people involved in these sites.

Why Was PHP Established?

PHP was founded in 1979 as the Arizona Memorial Museum Association and is a cooperating association with the National Park Service (NPS). A non-profit 501(C)(3), PHP also provides fund development activities and serves as the Friends Group for Pearl Harbor. Kalaupapa National Historical Park, Diamond Head State Monument, American Memorial Park (Saipan), and War in the Pacific National Historical Park (Guam).
