The Honolulu Sunrise Club would like to share a message about an opportunity for Oahu residents to plant trees on our home island: On Saturday, April 28, 2018, over a thousand plants and trees will be propagated and brought to the Manoa Marketplace to be distributed to the community and people all over the island. This year, the variety will include kukui nut trees, variegated hao trees, mountain apple trees, plumeria trees, papaya trees, red and green ti plants, panax, lauae ferns, valentine vines, ice cream bean trees, avocado trees, false wiliwili trees, monstera, monkey pod trees, naupaka, bestill trees, snow bush, kalo, staghorn ferns, coconut trees, yellow ginger, and many others. Mark your calendars! You are sitting under a tree today because someone has planted a tree. Save our island. Plant a tree!
SAVE THE DATE for the next HPH Hike on Saturday, April 28th at Manoa Falls.
Mahalo,
