A BIG THANK YOU to all the members who helped this past Saturday at Kalihi Elementary School. This joint event provided the school four new picnic benches and a vinyl for the steps with the school's name and logo on it. One crew spent the morning building and painting the benches and another crew worked the steps. It really made a difference as we continue to provide the kids with improvements for their school. A little time and effort makes a big difference.
Don't forget about the Thanksgiving event at Dennis' and Emilie's on Thursday, starting at 4:00PM. Don't forget to let them know if you are coming and what you are bringing.
We’re looking for volunteers to paint the units at the homeless family village this Saturday, 8am to noon. Would you be able to gather a few Rotarians, friends, family to assist? Supplies will be furnished, but rags and paint brushes/roller would be welcomed.
